I never want to eat broccolli but when I do I always think...this is good...I should eat more!

Try roasting it with garlic and olive oil, then hit it with lemon and parmigiano.

This was exactly my takeaway from The End of Craving. I’ve not been able to stop thinking about that brain/body connection for nutrition since I read it. Thank you. Are you working on a follow up?
